“What has been is what will be, and what has been done is what will be done, and there is nothing new under the sun.” Ecc 1:9 The family updates have been getting lengthy over the past few months, so we shall return to simplicity.
We were in San Jose for the whole month of August. We had a family hike with some friends. We also meet up with Alicia’s cousin out in Pleasanton for a lunch.
Cordelia continues to develop and do what the average 2 1/2 yr old does. She finally decided to master “#2” in the potty so things are well there.
Anthony also continues his development, improving his crawling skills. He pulled himself to a stand at 7 months. No teeth yet but he enjoys munching on baby puffs and mum-mums.
Tim remains successful at work. His project is getting close to the phase review and then he will transition to a new product sometime after that. Tim and Cordelia enjoyed a fun morning doing swim class and having lunch together.
Alicia turned 28 this month and had a fun birthday celebration including a huge birthday cookie and a fancy dinner out with Tim. Alicia started an online accounting class for the Fall semester and is off to a good start.
In September we will be taking a camping trip with a church we’ve been checking out recently. We will also be going up to the Sierras for a extended weekend and Alicia and the kids will be going down to San Diego for a few days visit.
Pray for safe travels as we go on our various trips. We are also looking for a new church, so pray for guidance on where God would want us to be involved. Thank you for your love and support.
